Community Success Manager at Real Work Ready™
Part-time to start · Growth path to full-time · Remote · US time zones (or Europe evenings)
A part-time role for someone who wants to learn, grow, and become the trusted face of a community being built around a mission that matters.
A note on timing. I'm hiring now — but I won't rush the decision. The right person is worth the time it takes to find them. If your application signals a real fit, you'll hear from me quickly. Either way, applying gets you on my radar.
Why this role exists
I'm Laura Massetti, founder of Real Work Ready. After 15+ years inside fast-paced organizations hiring, managing, and evaluating talent, I noticed the same pattern repeatedly: capable, motivated people weren't failing because they couldn't do the work. They were failing because no one had told them how the work is evaluated.
Real Work Ready is the operating system early-career professionals were never given — a program teaching the operating behaviors managers actually use to assess performance. I'm bringing in a Community Success Manager to grow it alongside me, not to replace me. To build with me — so the community is held from every direction.
What the role actually looks like
You start by going through the RWR program yourself, so you know the frameworks inside-out and can speak the language. Then you grow into the community as a credible, trusted presence.
Day to day, you're in Skool every morning during US hours — welcoming new members, responding to posts, checking on quiet ones, keeping the energy moving. You watch the community with a critical eye and bring me a weekly read on what's landing and what's not.
You host topic calls and role-play sessions, drawing on your own real-world professional experience to make the teaching land. Some you run alone, some we run together. You also support me on masterclasses — prep, materials, room management — so I can focus entirely on teaching when I'm with members.
As we grow into corporate partnerships, you'll play a role there too. The exact scope is still being defined, but the right person will see this as a real growth opportunity.
Who would thrive here
You believe in the mission. This isn't a role to fill a gap on your resume. You want to build something that matters.
You are painfully organized. Nothing falls through. You have a real system, and you can describe it.
You've worked inside a real organization. Non-negotiable. Ideally corporate or mid-to-large. You understand how performance is evaluated, what managing up looks like, and how trust gets built with a manager. Members are living these challenges right now — you need to have lived them too.
You've done CSM or community work before. You know the difference between managing tasks and managing someone's journey.
You can work US evenings consistently. If you're in Europe, that's the trade-off. I operate the same way from Italy, so I know it works.
