Real Work Ready already pulls inbound. People DM the founder asking real questions. They download The Decoder, register for LinkedIn Lives, and actively raise their hand, but right now those conversations move slower than they should because the founder can’t live in the inbox all day.
That’s the seat you’d own. You’d run a relationship-first DM system: inbound sweeps, warm follow-ups, qualifying for fit, and guiding the right people toward a discovery call. This is warm conversation at scale, not cold-pitching strangers.
If you’ve trained at She Sells, Cole Gordon, Sales Sniper, or you’ve run remote high-ticket setting and already know LinkedIn DM strategy cold, you’ll recognize this immediately. We’re building a system around your strengths, not forcing you into someone else’s script.
What you’d own

This is a setter seat — you book qualified discovery calls, the founder takes the close (for now; the right person grows into more). We’re not going to hand you a script and a recipe. We want to hear YOUR system. The best setters already have one.
Three points to list:
A warm, real inbound flow on LinkedIn. How would you work the inbound — and find more of the right people?
A premium offer worth talking about. How do you open, qualify, and move someone to a booked call without it feeling like a pitch?
Full ownership of the conversation-to-call pipeline. Follow-up, re-engagement, tracking. What is your daily rhythm? How do you make sure nobody slips through?
You know LinkedIn DM strategy in and out — openers, qualification, follow-up cadence
You’ve done remote high-ticket setting or trained in a program like She Sells
You bring high energy people feel through a screen
You love sales — the conversation, the chase, the close — not just “you’re good at it”
You take direct feedback well and act on it fast

III. Paid trial period. We run a short live trial together. You set real calls, we see how you operate, you see if the offer and audience are something you can sell with conviction.
