Coaching is one-on-one and depends entirely on the coach. Real Work Ready is a structured methodology delivered through curriculum, live practice, and a peer community, so every participant gets the same operating foundation regardless of which manager or mentor they happen to land with.

No. Manager-companion content is available so managers can reinforce what participants are learning, but the program is built to run without manager dependency — it's designed to replace the informal coaching tax, not add to it.

Yes. Through our Custom Engagement option, we map the framework onto your existing competency model and performance-review language. The underlying behaviors stay the same; the terminology and examples adapt to you.

Sponsorship is our standard rolling-enrollment model — individual seats, join anytime, fastest way to get people started. Custom Engagement is a tailored build for a full early-career group, typically eight participants minimum, with curriculum mapped to your internal language and systems. We'll help you figure out which fits on the discovery call.

It complements rather than competes. Most organizations run Real Work Ready alongside existing onboarding, mentorship, and skills training — we address the operating layer those programs structurally can't reach.

Yes. Delivery is fully virtual, so participants can join from any time zone, and live sessions are recorded for asynchronous access. In the custom option in-person is available.

Through pre/post behavior assessment, observable change in how participants receive and execute work, and a manager-side readout at program close. Specific KPIs are scoped on the discovery call and tied to your performance language.
